May 2024, a new focus of investigative research within REFAIN!

 

Recently, I was confronted with  the (ab)use of AI by four different companies/public services. My intense research resulted in the first "Criminal complaint for attempted fraud"  against a company in Berlin.

 

Based on this experience I now  offer this as a service to my portfolio

Background:

All four use Artificial Intelligence software, to improve efficiency of their activities. As a result  communication to the clients  now takes place by

• traditional letter and postage
• emails
• automated messages, unsigned and anonymous,  transmitted via postage services to the client

which are  uncoordinated and can  lead to unintended illegal operation. 

 

My service includes:

• intense research
• establishing of fact sheets
• providing information of legal/illegal operation.

 

This may result in evidence to prove

• fraud
• faking false facts

 and lead to a criminal complaint.
